BBC News School Report 2016

Today more than 1,000 schools are taking part in BBC News School Report, giving 11-16 year-old students the chance to make their own news reports for a real audience. At Freebrough Academy, 16 students from Year 8 & 9 are acting as news reporters for the day, writing news articles and recording news reports.

News they are reporting on includes; low income households, gaming, technology and many more. All of their news reports will be available on their webpage later in the day so keep an eye out for updates. Please click this link to take you to their BBC News School Report webpage.

Student news reporters include; Charlotte, Sophie, Patricia, Sophie, Lauren, Thomas, Lexie, Tom, Chloe, Josh, Cory, Cameron, Demi, Jade, Chloe and Danielle.
