I’m responsible for supporting every student in Inspiration to engage with their learning, enjoy the Academy experience and achieve their potential. With the full support of the Inspiration team, we work hard to provide plenty of opportunities where every student, regardless of ability or individual strength, can strive to succeed. We keep a close and careful eye on everyone to make sure all their learning needs are met. In return, we expect every one to follow the code of conduct, work hard in lessons and at home to reach their targets and attend school every day.

As Pastoral Leader I support all of the students within School Inspiration to ensure that they enjoy and achieve throughout all aspects of Academy life. I also ensure that students are safe and supported when in the academy and I strive to make close links with parents and outside agencies. It is also my responsibility to ensure that students are in school and aiming for 100% attendance.
