Academy Finance
The Academy, as a company limited by guarantee and classified as an exempt charity, produces an annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 August. The accounts are subject to external audit and a copy lodged with Companies House and the Education Funding Agency.

Governors Register of Business Interests
The Academy has a statutory duty to maintain and publish a register of business and pecuniary interests of Governors. The register will be reviewed annually but updated for any changes as informed by governors. The Governors register of business interests can be found below.
